Program Description:

Apicius International School of Hospitality

Located in the historic center, Apicius International School of Hospitality offers the finest academic food and wine studies in all of Italy.

Programs are shaped either for people who approach "the art of Italian cooking" for the first time, or are experts in the field who wish to refresh and deepen their cultural and practical experience of Italian cooking. We consider cooking to be an art, a complete experience involving the mind, body and soul in its appreciation.
