Program Description:

Alternative Student Break
in the Dominican Republic

A community development trip to the Dominican Republic can involve many different activities aimed at making an impact around San Cristóbal. We partner with Appleseed Expeditions and have the opportunity to run a basic street medical clinic, help with a feeding program for the neighborhood children, renovate a community park, and much more. Participants of this trip should expect to work hard alongside your fellow Auburn students and fall in love with the people and the country of the Dominican Republic.

Winter 2017 - December 16-22, 2017

Spring 2017 - March 10-17, 2018

Santiago, Dominican Republic
